Lee County Disabilities and Special Needs Board (Lee County DSN Board) provides services for individuals with severe, lifelong disabilities of mental retardation, autism and related disabilities.
Applying for Services
FOR PEOPLE WITH MENTAL RETARDATION, AUTISM AND RELATED DISABILITIES
All referrals for services through South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (including Lee County DSN Board) must call:

You will be asked to choose a preferred provider. If you wish to be served by Lee County DSN Board, you may let them know at that time.
FOR HIGH RISK INFANTS AND TODDLERS
If your family member is under 36 months of age and has a developmental delay or is at risk for a developmental delay, contact BabyNet Region 4 at (803) 934-2899.
